Emily & Eric Tie The Knot

Emily and Eric tied the knot at The Montage in Laguna Beach at the beginning of this year. The weather couldn't have been more perfect in January! They wanted an ocean view front ceremony followed by a casual buffet luncheon by the patio. The Montage was such a perfect venue! The amazing weather made the beach, which was just steps away from the venue, the perfect backdrop for clean, simple, but beautiful photos.

Instead of focusing on reception decor, Emily wanted a grand ceremony with 15-foot-tall cherry blossom trees along with lush florals by Milieu Florals. We also rented 40-foot-long green hedges and green topiaries as aisle treatments to impress the guests. I love incorporating non-floral props and unique pieces that can enhance the decor. These long green hedges definitely did the trick. :)  Guests were impressed as soon as they saw the ceremony site!

Soft pink, mauve, lavender, ivory, slate grey, and gold made up the color palette for their classic, yet rustic, theme. The lavender gave a nice pop of color to the centerpieces and the bridal bouquet.

Without further ado, here are the lovely images from Jana Williams

Emily ordered white-lace letterpress invites from MintedWe love ordering paper goods from Minted because they make it so easy! Free samples, fast turnaround period and excellent customer service--not to mention, they have so many designs to choose from! Check out Minted for more designs on their site!

I mean, how amazing is this bridal bouquet from Milieu Florals. Absolutely flawless!

We tucked in escort cards into 8ft green hedge walls!

How amazing are these 15ft cherry blossom trees! Our staff was up and running from 6am to oversee all the rental set up but it's SO worth it when you see the end result!

Of course, Jana sneaked in some more beach photos after the reception!

Since the lunch reception ended early, we also included a Korean traditional tea ceremony (Paebaek) for Eric's family members who flew in all the way from Korea!

Here are the awesome vendor teams who made this wedding possible!

And of course, we can't leave out the excellent staff and Patty from The Montage

Jeanny & Mike Tie the Knot!

The 2015 wedding season is in full swing and there are so many photos I am dying to share with all of you.  It has been quite busy over here with meetings, industry events, and designing and planning the perfect event for all my wonderful clients but I wanted to pause for a moment to share with you these amazing photos from Jeanny and Mike's wedding shot by the amazingly talented Steve Steinhardt Photography.

This romantic garden inspired wedding was held at Casa Del Mar, an elegant and glamorous venue known for its traditional yet contemporary decor.  The two story high ceilings, the grand ballroom, and breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean made a stunning setting for their nuptials.  We've worked at Casa Del Mar numerous times but love how each wedding feels different yet classy every time. The color palette of blush pink, peach, cream and shades of golds were the perfect choices to compliment this amazing 1920s Beach Club!  Let these pictures speak for themselves!
How gorgeous is Jeanny's bouquet!
Jeanny and her bridesmaids are such beauties!
LOVE how the mirrors and floral arrangements accented the escort card table.
This picture is so sweet and perfectly captures the love and joy between Jeanny and Mike.
We can't do what we do without an ALL STAR TEAM of vendors!
